These terms apply to all bookings and visits made with JIN YU Spa, located at 101 Beach Rd, #01-03 The 101, Singapore 189703. By booking a treatment with us, you agree to the terms below.
Appointments can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website contact form. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time and therapist. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
We understand plans can change. We kindly ask that you inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we can offer the slot to another guest.
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. The full treatment price will still apply.
Please inform our staff before your treatment if you have any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or are pregnant. Certain treatments may not be suitable depending on your health condition. Our therapists reserve the right to adjust or decline a treatment if it may not be safe for you.
Payment is due at the time of service.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest who behaves inappropriately, disrespectfully, or unsafely toward our staff or other guests.
We ask all guests to treat our therapists and staff with respect. JIN YU Spa maintains a professional, safe environment for both guests and staff at all times.
While we take every care to provide safe, professional treatments, JIN YU Spa is not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions or issues not disclosed to us before treatment.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
